For this week's edition of "let's try some weird foreign cheese and see if we like it," the cheese is Cambozola from Käserei Champignon. This is a German product, from Bavaria. It's a soft creamy cheese with some blue veining, something of a combination of Camembert and Gorgonzola, with mild flavor. I like it a lot.

I accidentally brought a whole big wedge of cambozola to work yesterday. Oops. I was thinking of bringing /some/ of it with some crackers, but my pre-coffee brain put the whole thing in my bag. And nothing else. Best lunch ever! I ate almost all of it, and then felt ill, maybe from mould overload. But so yummy.
