beige_alertFor this week's edition of "let's try some weird foreign cheese and see if we like it," the cheese is Cambozola from Käserei Champignon. This is a German product, from Bavaria. It's a soft creamy cheese with some blue veining, something of a combination of Camembert and Gorgonzola, with mild flavor. I like it a lot.
