scattered thoughts

I took last week off from work, and now I’m back. It’s kind of a drag, but it’s good to be back on the bicycle for the commute. Also, this is a three-day week, since Thursday is the American Thanksgiving holiday and Friday is a day off from work because, really, who’d show up anyway. I wouldn’t want to work too much all at once.
This is the season to hear Christmas music in the stores. I’m always reminded of a certain friend by that well known lyric, “Don we now our gay apparel.” I know that’s not what that word means in this context, but any time we’re reminded of our friends is good, right?
A biologist who studies wallabies would be a wallabologist, right?
Also, I made new musical user icons!
