Corkscrew

After repairing my old corkscrew one too many times, I finally gave in and spent too much money on one of these with the one big lever instead of the twist-thing on top and the two levers. The thing really does work like magic. It makes it so easy to get the corks out I almost want to drink more just to experience the joy of using the corkscrew. Though, remembering my experience in Emden, I know how much is too much to drink ;)

Those are cool. We had one, but it was a cheap one with low quality, it broke after having been used for only a few times. Mom in law has a better one and I really like it.

They are indeed truly astounding, though they have the minor downside of not fitting in one's pocket. :) Noel is very pleased with hers.
