Skiing!

We got something like 10+ cm of wet, sticky snow last night. Enough for skiing. Lapham peak was in pretty good condition, with the trails snow-covered. The snow is just a bit sticky in places, which is too bad, but still pretty nice. The trees are all covered with pig pillows :)

It's lots of fun! Well, the high-speed downhill face-plant was maybe the wrong kind of excitement... But overall, fun.

I went skiing when I was younger - but as my husband has problems with his knees and can't do it, I stopped, to. Though - don't get me wrong, I never was very skilled or even went regularly, but sometimes I do miss it. But we don't live in a skiing area, so it's not unusual not to ski.
