I haven't been to the Field Museum or Museum of Science and Industry in ages. I don't think the Milwaukee Public is really in the same category, though it has it's highlights. Art is a fan.
I don't have a lot to compare it to, but our Milwaukee Art Museum (http://www.mam.org/) (with its fancy new building (http://www.flickr.com/photos/beigephotos/sets/153423/)) seems nice. I'll be spending a day there sometime this week.
I've never even been to Canada. How silly is that? I've been to the UK, to the Bahamas, Paris, Arizona (which is like a foreign country), but not Canada.
If you ever find yourself in Milwaukee looking to visit some museums, I'd be happy to show you around. (I do have a little-used sofa-bed available for friends.)
