Maybe we should invite the riggers and equipment operators into the lab to watch us sequence DNA and run mass spectrometers. We all sure enjoy standing in the glass skywalk watching them.
The shot of the crane cab being raised with the clouds behind it is really spectacular. Is the original image good enough to blow up to poster size? If it is, and if the crane company has any sense, they'd pay you real money for it.
I've just put up two more in that vein, here (http://www.flickr.com/photos/beigephotos/6290481/) and here (http://www.flickr.com/photos/beigephotos/6290480).
These were shot through a lightly-tinted and somewhat dirty window, unfortunately, but they are still pretty good. If you click on "view different sizes," which is currently on the right of the image under "Additional Information," you can get the full-resolution files. (Flickr is "beta," and so everything "changes" from time to time.)
