Drunken Goat Cheese
Nov. 11th, 2004 08:19 pmI just bought a bit of something called “Drunken Goat Cheese,” a soft Spanish cheese made from goat milk that is soaked in wine during its production, which gives it its flavor and provides an excuse for a loopy name. It has the most wonderful scent and a very agreeable flavor. Now that I’m working on learning the Spanish language I figure I ought to try Spanish cheese, and maybe Spanish wine, too.
