They are referring, of course, to the two major categories of stores found off of interstate 94 near the Wisconsin-Illinois border: cheese shops and porn shops.

ohiblather recently wrote about healthier eating and mentioned a few ideas, including “Small piece of soft or medium-soft tofu topped with a bit of soy sauce, vegetable oil and a few drops of dark sesame oil, broiled.” This sounded good to me, so I gave it a try. I’m very pleased with the results, plus it’s simple.
