I’m watching American Chopper on the Discovery Channel now, and Mikey, having been assigned a seemingly simple task, got a truck stuck in the mud in a pond and needed to be rescued. Every time I see something like that I wonder what it must be like to be that kid’s father. No wonder Senior is so cranky, with Paulie and Mikey to deal with. It serves as another reminder of how nice it is that my lover has had a hysterectomy....

Wi-Fi

I stopped by the Apple Store at Mayfair Mall on Sunday and checked out the PDAs on display. The Apple Store has Wi-Fi working in the store, so you can actually access the Internet on a Wi-Fi-equipped PDA to try it out. This is the very first store I’ve ever seen that had Wi-Fi-enabled devices on display and actually had Wi-Fi working so you can try them out.
