More diversity than you might expect

Art is where you find it. Have you ever paid attention to those "Caution Wet Floor" signs? They put up seemingly hundreds of them where I work, everyplace the floor might possibly be wet. Usually you are at greater risk of tripping over the wet floor sign than you are of actually encountering a wet, slippery floor. It turns out that there are actually many subtle variations on the pictogram of the slipping man. Behold, my Slipping Man set on Flickr!

For some reason I looked at the icon and started feeling bad for the poor guy who had to pose for the picture. :-) That quickly mutated into the idea of Michelangelo getting a job as a sign painter.

YES! Do you notice how they always place the signs so you are bound to hurt yourself? Like right at the bottom of the stairs, in the middle of a small hallway, or just around a corner? I keep thinking there is cleaning personnel peeping through keyholes and laughing their collective asses off when I'm running along jumping hurtles.

I love the collection.

What a wonderful collection. You could transfer the set to small plastic yellow triangles and turn them into key chains or dog tags or baby toys.

Honestly, I have no idea. I realize I never read them over here. I'll try to remember on Friday, when the ladies come and clean the floors here.
