Yesterday, taking advantage of a "big" "everything on sale" "sales event," I bought myself two pairs of shoes, two sweaters, and some shirts. I'd have bought more if only there was more to buy that would actually fit me. Of those things that were even available in "small," only some are actually small enough to fit reasonably well. I only feel like I'm very far over toward the edge of the size distribution when buying clothes. In daily life, lots of people are smaller than me, though, come to think of it, most of them are women.
With shoes, for some reason, I'm nowhere near the edge of the available sizes, so it's just a matter of trying different styles and brands until I find something with a shape that seems to fit well.
I also managed to cut myself trying to get a new kitchen knife out of the plastic packaging. Between the knife I was using to cut the package and the knife inside the package, I suppose injury was almost inevitable.
