Snow!

First real, scrape it off the car accumulation of snow this season in Milwaukee, some 2-3 cm in places. A bit more and the pigs will be peacefully slumbering in the trees just as they already are in Canada.

New scientific discovery

And what did we learn from our work with mouse urine? We learned that urine contains salt. Which, come to think of it, we already knew. The salt interfered with the isoelectric focusing, so the experiment didn’t work. But I got two blog entries out of it!
