lousy weather, lots of progress

beige_alertWe’re having a cloudy, rainy Saturday here in Milwaukee, so I’ve been getting lots of indoor stuff done. Vacuuming and mopping, for example. Dusting---That too.
I’ve also finished the filk song I was writing. I’ll put it on the web site after I have a chance to spring it on unsuspecting listeners at the next filk.
I’ve been scanning up a storm, starting with the Airventure 2004 photos. The Arizona trip photos come next. Then I have to crop and fuss with them all, write up a narrative for each set, and, in the fullness of time, get it all up on the web site.
I wired a headset up to my computer, which is more complex than it might sound since I also have a small Behringer mixer and a pair of dynamic microphones involved in the audio system. I have the Linux Skype beta installed, and I think it works, but I don’t actually have anyone to talk to. If you are a Skype user and want to help me test it feel free to try to call me at michaelpereckas.
